Insomnia, stress and pressure are usually connected to each other because of work or things happening in our life that worry.

Insomina: is a sleep disorder where people have trouble sleeping. They may have difficulty falling asleep, or staying asleep as long as desired with my therapy and techiques you can overcome the insomnia.

Stress and pressure: the body thinks it is under attack and switches releasing a complex mix of hormones and chemicals such as adrenaline, cortisol and norepinephrine to prepare the body for physical action.
